Our architecture documents are written to be built from, not filed. We avoid over-engineering and we avoid under-engineering.

Embedded Engineering Delivery
Where clients need additional engineering capacity, we embed senior practitioners directly into delivery. We work within your process, your tooling, and your team norms. We do not create dependency — knowledge transfer is built into every engagement, and our involvement decreases as client capability grows.

Technology Due Diligence
We support private equity firms and corporate acquirers with pre-transaction technical due diligence. We assess codebases for quality and maintainability, architecture for scalability and risk, team capability and retention risk, and technology debt that may affect valuation. Reports are written for both technical and commercial audiences.
