What you will do

As a Full Stack Developer at Astrexa, you will build modern web applications and backend services across customer-facing software initiatives. The role is designed for engineers who can move confidently between frontend, backend, APIs and data while maintaining production quality.

1. Build responsive, accessible frontend experiences using modern React and TypeScript practices.

2. Design and implement backend services and REST APIs using Node.js/TypeScript, Python or another strong production stack.

3. Integrate applications with relational databases, external APIs and cloud services.

4. Write automated tests and contribute to code review and engineering standards.

5. Diagnose performance, reliability and production issues across the application stack.

6. Work with product, design and engineering stakeholders to turn requirements into maintainable software.

7. Contribute to technical documentation and, where relevant, technical marketing content that demonstrates Astrexa’s engineering capabilities.

What you bring

We are looking for Full Stack Developers who can build production software, learn quickly and communicate clearly with distributed teams.

Experience | 3–5 years of professional software development

Frontend | React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, responsive UI and accessibility fundamentals

Backend | Node.js/TypeScript, Python/FastAPI or equivalent production backend experience

Data | PostgreSQL or another relational database; SQL, schema design and migrations

APIs | REST APIs, authentication, error handling, pagination and third-party integrations

Quality | Unit/integration testing, debugging and code review

Delivery | Git, CI/CD and basic Docker/container workflows

Cloud | Working exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP

Communication | Professional English, spoken and written

Preferred qualifications

Next.js · React Query/TanStack Query · Tailwind CSS or equivalent · Redis · Docker · GitHub Actions/GitLab CI · observability tooling · experience with international clients or distributed engineering teams.

You will work with Astrexa Engineering team on software initiatives serving businesses across the UAE, Europe, Australia and the United States. The role provides exposure to modern web engineering, cloud delivery and enterprise software requirements.
