Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.
Practical skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or similar).
Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts, such as APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in real-world projects.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Basic experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to analyze problems, learn new technologies quickly, and work independently in a remote, distributed team.
Good written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML concepts is a plus.
